Terms of Service
01Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written quote listing deliverables, milestones, and the agreed price. Work outside that description is treated as a new item and quoted separately before it begins.
02Payments
Projects are invoiced against the milestones named in the quote. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice itself. Work may pause on overdue invoices until payment is settled.
03Client responsibilities
You provide content, brand assets, third-party credentials, and timely feedback. Timelines assume that material arrives when scheduled; delays on either side move the delivery date accordingly.
04Intellectual property
On final payment, the custom code and assets produced for your project transfer to you. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain under their own licences.
05Warranty and support
Defects reported within the warranty window stated in the quote are corrected at no charge. Ongoing maintenance, new features, and platform upgrades are covered by a separate arrangement.
06Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or data outside our control.
07Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand over the code, credentials, and documentation as they stand.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction named in your quote, and disputes are handled by its competent courts.
