01What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, email address, and project details submitted through the contact form, plus anything you include in follow-up correspondence.
02Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the projects we have discussed. We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
03Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you enable them, and you can change that from the footer at any time.
04Analytics
When enabled, analytics record aggregate page views and referrers. We use them to see which work is worth writing up — not to build profiles of individuals.
05Data sharing
Limited processors — email, hosting, and analytics providers — handle data on our behalf under their own agreements. They may not use it for their own purposes.
06Retention
Enquiries are kept while a project is live plus the period our accountants require, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
07Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Write to hello@gravvix.com and we will respond within the statutory period.
